YourDreamBuild Club is a dream-home design and build management training Club.
We take members through an interactive series of live, self-build property projects in the UK and Europe, valued from £1m - £2.5m.
As soon as one property is complete it will be sold and another project started.

The membership fee
Members’ one-off joining fee of £65 and an annual subscription of £35 will provide sufficient financing to kick-start the building projects. These projects should become virtually self-financing as each property is sold and another plot purchased. See How it Works
VAT: membership and joining fee include VAT at 17.5%. This is why there is a difference between the number of £100 registrations sought and the Membership Fees total amount.
*62p per week is based on an annual membership subscription of £35.
